Vintage Securities Limited will hold a board meeting on August 10, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited. Trading window for the company's securities was closed for directors, designated persons, and their immediate relatives from July 1, 2026, and will remain closed until August 12, 2026, reopening on August 13, 2026.
